Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Brand Strategist to drive B2B marketing initiatives, enhance brand positioning, and generate demand for our IT services and products. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for a technology-driven company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that align with business goals, target audiences, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling marketing assets, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Drive brand positioning and messaging to establish a strong market presence.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, email, and event marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee social media strategy and engagement to enhance brand visibility.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine strategies.
- Stay updated with B2B marketing trends, MarTech tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, brand strategy, or related roles in the IT services or SaaS industry.
- proven track record of demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
- Proficiency in SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent content marketing and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia content creation is a plus.
