About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our in-house HR team at Solvative’s Ahmedabad office. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to understand recruitment processes end-to-end—from sourcing and scheduling to candidate communication and employer branding. You’ll gain real-time experience supporting our growing team, working closely with hiring managers, and understanding what it takes to build strong teams in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring stakeholders
  • Maintain candidate records and update our internal tracking systems
  • Draft engaging communication for job posts, follow-ups, and interview coordination
  • Support the HR team with daily hiring activities and data tracking
  • Assist in organizing hiring events, walk-ins, or on-campus activities when needed

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and contribute proactively
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, people-centric office environment
  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn or Naukri is a plus, but not mandatory

Education

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, BBA, or MBA (HR/Marketing/General)
