We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and Python to maintain and enhance our AI-driven products. While you don’t need to be a deep AI expert, you should have a solid working knowledge of the field—familiarity with the latest AI tools, models, and trends, as well as hands-on experience integrating or working with them. • Maintain, enhance, and optimize AI-powered web applications and internal tools.

• Develop and refine APIs and microservices using Python, integrating them with front-end interfaces built in Next.js.

• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to integrate AI models into production systems.

• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security across all applications.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, IT, product managers) to iterate on features and improve user experience.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability.

• Stay current with advancements in AI and web development technologies, contributing innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on modern frameworks.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and front-end development using Next.js.

• Solid backend development skills in Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask experience preferred).

• Experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL).

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS).

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience with AI/ML concepts or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or custom ML models).

• Passion for AI-driven applications and a willingness to learn more in this space.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).

• Exposure to AI-powered tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.

• Experience with Agent frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, Smolagents.

• Background in ad tech, martech, or digital marketing platforms.

• Experience with WebSockets and real-time data processing.
